of key properties throughout the developments. Trades
included Corgi plumbers and gas engineers, tilers, painters and
carpenters to a variety of project sites around the London area.
This service assisted Balfour Beatty in having a flexible and
reliable team, able to react to the project dynamics and
complement the existing sub contractors on site.
Munnellys in partnership with Job centre plus, carried out
extensive training to the local residents of the projects, to
assist in creating jobs for the area and leaving a legacy within
the community.
