The Royals business park was a major development in East London overlooking the Royal Albert Dock and London City Airport. When completed, the 50-acre site will be London's largest urban park, with 1.6m sq ft of offices and 100,000 sq ft of retail and leisure, extensive landscaping and public spaces. ICWM carried out the waste management on the first phase of this development, consisting of two buildings totalling 237,000 sq ft.

 
Due to the space available, ICWM carried out extensive on site recycling including metal, timber, packaging, paper cardboard, and plasterboard. This project was also the first to utilize the BRE Smart Start website, with all waste being recorded and initial benchmarks being produced for future Bowmer and Kirkland projects.
