This prestigious project in the heart of Manchester for the client Carillion and George Wimpey was a successful demonstration of working a coherent waste management strategy on a project with a severe lack of space whilst not compromising service or cleanliness on a project. This development consisting of 257 apartments over 25 floors, faced the inevitable logistical challenge of maintaining materials in and waste out. All waste was collected via compactor to minimize the space required for waste vessels and segregation and recycling carried out off site at our partnered recycling facility.
