This prestigious development for George Wimpey of 124 contemporary 1,2 and 3 bed apartments reaching over the Thames was further proof of ICWMs partnership with Carillion on waste management. By implementing a concise scope of works and working closely not only with Carillion but also with the sub contractors and implementing a number of waste

streams on this logistically challenging project, ensured that the development achieved the sustainability and waste objectives which were set. By auditing the levels of waste produced by the relevant sub contractors, ICWM was able to review levels and types of waste being generated and adapt the waste streams accordingly and pinpoint high waste producers to mitigate their eventual waste production. The success of this project has been transferred to the planning for future Carillion project planning.
