After spending 9 years and over £1,500,000
of investment into research and development in the Construction
Waste Management industry, ICWM was able to introduce its
Bespoke and innovative Fixed Price Waste Management service to
the market place. By analysing over 700 Construction Projects
and their Waste arising’s ICWM was able to deliver Fixed Price
costings for individual projects using our bespoke pricing
matrix,
Trade Contractors are responsible for removing their wastes
into wheeled bins or suitable waste vessels, provided at
strategically placed dropping zones. ICWM would then be
responsible for the wastes from this point onward. ICWM
operatives would collect bins from central points in each
building, removing them via Hoist / Forklift to ground floor
level for segregation / collection, and then re-distributing the
bins to the workface for further use.
