Munnellys were called onto the project at the latter stages of the project to implement a coherent traffic, delivery and waste management strategy on the mixed development to assist the project team who were experiencing logistical problems. By implementing a multi skilled waste team trained as Hoist, Traffic, and Fire Marshals.

Munnellys carried out flexible waste and delivery operations on a 24hr 7

day a week basis as the program required. This demanding project required a dedicated logistics team who strived for the successful completion of the project working closely with the client team.
