Munnellys recently worked on the
successfully completed York House project for British Land,
which will provide 8,640 sq m (93,000 sq ft) of office space,
with adaptable and efficient floor plates that take advantage of
the imposing island site close to Marble Arch. In addition to
the offices will be retail and residential space.
The building will incorporate, in part, the new head office
for British Land. Once again the logistics team excelled in the
duties which included traffic management, fire management,
delivery management, security, access control and of course
