Munnellys worked on this management contract with Bovis Lend Lease for the shell and core of British Land’s Plantation Place development in Fenchurch Street in the City of London and the subsequent fit out with Bovis Interiors. The project included 16-storey 78,000 square metre building, which will provide 45,000 square metres of office accommodation on 14 floors and over 2,000 square metres of retail space at ground floor level.

With the access routes situated off Mincing Lane a strict traffic management procedure has to be implemented including road closures, one way implementation, and traffic light

control. This was managed to a high standard and recognized via the City of London Considerate Contractors Gold Award for the project team. Other aspects of the logistical package included vertical transportation (hoists and loading platforms) Fire Management, Delivery Co ordination, and General Buildersworks
