Chelsea Bridge Wharf is a flagship development for Berkeley Homes with Bovis Lend Lease as Construction Manager. Situated on the River Thames, Chelsea Bridge Wharf provides 1,200 prestigious residential apartments set around a landscaped central piazza with Phase 1-4 complete and Phase 5 under construction. The commercial elements comprise of a 218 bed 4* hotel, restaurant, retail, office and health & fitness.

Munnellys have successfully completed phases 1-4 of the project and are currently undertaking phase 5 directly for Berkeley Homes directly. This project combined a number of operations, including traffic management, fire management, Buildersworks and waste management service. Benchmarks were set for each individual phase to encourage sub contractors to beat previous performance with a reduction in waste generated and increased recycling over the project duration.

Munnellys also successfully instigated a wellman clinic on site with a full time nurse operating clinics, advice, drop in sessions and personal health assessments during the peak stages of the project, to ensure the well being of the workforce and improve health levels on site.
