The award winning riverside development that is Battersea Reach has now established itself in one of the most prestigious London addresses.
Battersea Reach provides 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses in a dramatic series of waterfront buildings. Spacious and contemporary apartments and penthouses offer panoramic views across Thames and Wandsworth skyline. There are bars, cafes, shops and health and leisure facilities spread across the 30,000 ft² of commercial space. The development is located on the south side of the River Thames by Wandsworth Bridge and has great amenities close by.
In order to meet the requirements set out in the scope of works, Munnelly Security provided a full PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom) camera system. This was complete with innovative point and click technology, motion detection and remote access. All guards were linked to a central security point and regular reports showing status and location were provided. These reports would then be transmitted to the central security point and logs were kept.
In regard to Munnelly Logistics, our Traffic Marshals were presented with a delivery schedule at each daily briefing. They were responsible for the supervision, direction and control of all vehicle and pedestrian operations. There was a major requirement for monitoring around the site entrance, which may have affected the public with personnel entering the site commencing their duties. The Munnelly Logistics team had to be efficient and accurate with the marshalling of traffic in, out and around site; as any misdirection could cause a knock on effect with work being carried out.
