The current method of operation, which has become the standard across the operative supply sector, can be briefly explained in the following method: The Main Contractor requests an operative from an agency, who in turn supplies said operative and surrenders responsibility to the Main Contractor, whilst relying on the Contractor for feedback on quality of supply.
