Vetting Procedure
Munnelly Operative Supply maintains a rigorous selection process to make certain that the Operatives we supply have been fully vetted and have the right to work in the UK.
We initially interview candidates over the phone, establishing identity and ensuring each Operative has the correct paperwork prior to us meeting them. We interview 100% of potential Operatives in person and original documentation must be produced.
Upon meeting prospective Operatives face to face, all Operatives must display original documentation in order for Munnelly Operative Supply to provide a witness stamp on copies of original documentation taken. All Munnelly Operative Supply Supervisors are immigration workshop trained by the Screening Bureau.
Munnelly Operative Supply complies with the UK Borders Agency guidelines as per February 2008, in regards to the prevention of illegal workers, and we have the capacity to screen all Operatives for criminality, residency and legality to work as per BS7585 Screening Standard.
Candidates who are successful in their application and who have been approved after the aforementioned vetting process will be escorted to relevant sites, where they will undergo on-site inductions.
