We recognize the need to continually update skills levels and guarantee that future skills gaps are continually addressed.
To this end, we proactively promote apprenticeships and believe that this is an excellent way of improving the business long term.
Operating nationwide, we are fully committed to employing local Staff in the regions where we provide our services. We believe in a diversified workforce and, in doing so, are able to provide an expansive experience and knowledge base, which is able to contribute positively to the overall success of our Client’s schemes.
We invest heavily in the training of our Staff. Our budget for training is set annually and we invest in our Staff to address the short, medium and long term skills gaps. This training improves workers performance, increases workforce retention, and contributes positively to our commitment to Health & Safety, whilst also promoting our commitment to the Company through inward investment.
