Our current database contains details of over 5,000 Operatives; whom we have employed.
We are committed to the policy of equal treatment of all Employees and Job Applicants. We require all Employees to abide by this general principle and the requirements of the Codes of Practice issued by the Equal Opportunities Commission and Commission for Racial Equality.
We ensure that all Operatives applying for positions at prisons, MOD projects or schools are CRB checked and that all BAA Airside applicants have 5 years checkable references and are security trained.
In addition, potential Security Operatives are checked as it is compulsory under Munnelly Security SIA Accreditation.
