Materials Handling & Consolidation
Munnelly Infrastructure will organise a project into agreed zones and all materials handling with be closely co-ordinated with the Delivery Management System (DMS).
Typically a zone can be a designated storage zone, hoist or loading bay on-site. Subcontractors, when booking a delivery, confirm which zone they require the materials to be loaded or unloaded. Upon safe receipt of the vehicle at the designated zone, Munnelly operatives will unload the vehicle using the safest means available and move materials to the required zone.
On large inner city projects, where space is a premium, Munnelly Infrastructure is capable of sourcing, managing and operating a range of off-site storage and transfer solutions. These solutions include vehicle holding zones and consolidation centres and are also unlimited to rail, water and road.
