Our Infrastructure Team is a trained workforce specifically selected to our Client’s requirements.
We are committed to a multi-skilled workforce. That not only delivers best practice but also adds value to our Client’s demands by eradicating the need for multiple functions.
This is best illustrated by the fact that many of our Operatives are traffic marshal trained and therefore, can not only complete their operative duties but can also safely bank vehicles entering and leaving premises.
Our Operatives also undergo fire marshal and hoist driver training, which is crucial to the successful completion of their tasks.
Munnelly Infrastructure also implements its own in house pre-employment assessment scheme, whereby we analyse and determine the most effective route for an Operative working for our Major Infrastructure Services Team, to enter a project with the core understanding of what developing Major Infrastructure entails. This ensures that the project receives well-briefed, Trained Operatives with an awareness of working on large scale infrastructure develops from the commencement to completion.
